This came looking exactly like it does in the picture and arrived on time. My only disappointment is that it was rolled up tight in a tube and has some wrinkles in it from being rolled up and then us trying to straighten it out. I have not yet put it on the toilet seat so it may be ok but I'd rather they mailed it flat though it might cost more for shipping.
