Really pleased with the quality. This hat is made from substantial materials. I was concerned that it might be flimsy or cardboard-like, or otherwise not hold up, but it is designed and made like a "real" cowboy hat as opposed to a cheap costume item. We haven't had it very long, but it certainly seems like a hat that will still be in good shape after a lot of play time. I would give it 5 stars if only it adjusted for size inside the brim, and/or had a drawstring to adjust under the chin. It's a little too big for my 4.5 yo's head, and slides around.
